In times when numerous designers and modes of clothing are in a constant flux of birth and obsoletion, we continue to harbor a strong belief in the ideas and aesthetic consciousness that exist within the context of past creations. Fashion is indeed ever changing with the times, yet rather than considering it as a mere subject of “consumption,” we respect the creations of the past and engage in their collection and preservation as “cultural resources” to be succeeded to future generations. The most important element of our practice is to pass on this profound sense of creativity by means of cultural activities such as the loaning of works to exhibitions, through it aiming to offer our contribution to society.
